What wood species do you offer for aluminum clad windows?
For casement, awning, and sliding windows, we offer Burmese teak, black walnut, cherry, and red rosewood. For single-hung windows, the standard is American oak, with Burmese teak, dark walnut, cherry, and rosewood also available.
Do you provide installation support?
We send installation videos and guidance after your goods arrive. Our technical team can assist you remotely until the project is finished. We do not provide on-site installation or local technicians.
Can you build windows to my exact opening sizes?
Yes. Send the rough opening dimensions and we build to them. Measure width and height at three points and use the smallest number. We also need the wall type, the opening style, and the glass specification. Minimum order is 2 square meters.
