Aluminum Clad Wood Windows
Solid wood inside, weather-ready aluminum outside, built for North American projects.

Why Aluminum Clad Wood Windows
Aluminum clad wood windows pair a solid wood interior with a protective aluminum exterior. The wood brings natural warmth and insulation to the room. The aluminum cladding shields the frame from rain, sun and temperature swings, so the window holds its shape and finish over time.
WANJIA Hiseng manufactures these windows in Foshan, China, for builders, dealers and architects across North America. The factory covers 322,917 sq.ft and runs advanced CNC machining centers, smart spraying tools and auto assembly lines. Orders ship worldwide in wooden crates, with installation videos and remote guidance included.
You can choose from four operating styles: casement, single-hung, sliding and awning. Each style accepts double, triple or Low-E glass in a 33 mm notch. Wood species include Burmese teak, black walnut, cherry and red rosewood. Hardware comes from ROTO, SIEGENIA, CMECH, HOPPE, HOPO, KINLONG and Caldwell.

Questions buyers ask
What is the difference between aluminum clad windows and wood clad windows?
They are the same product described from different angles. Aluminum clad windows emphasize the exterior aluminum shell that protects the frame. Wood clad windows emphasize the solid wood interior you see inside the room. WANJIA Hiseng builds both terms into one window: a wood core with an aluminum cladding on the outside.
Which wood species can I choose for clad aluminum windows?
For casement, awning and sliding windows, the standard options are Burmese teak, black walnut, cherry and red rosewood. Single-hung windows add American oak as a standard choice. Each species has a different grain and color, so you can match interior trim or architectural style.
Can I order triple pane glass for aluminum clad windows?
Yes. The 33 mm glass notch accepts double, triple and Low-E glass. Triple pane windows reduce heat loss and outside noise. Built-in grilles or lattice can be added between the glass panes. Tell the sales team your climate zone and performance targets when you request a quote.
How long does production and shipping take?
Lead time is usually 25-30 business days, depending on the design, materials and order volume. After production, the windows are packed in wooden crates and shipped by sea or land. You get a tracking number after shipment. Installation videos and remote guidance are included.
